Background:

Albert is a leader in the real estate industry. Since 1991, Albert has been involved in the representation of clients in hundreds of real estate transactions involving over $39 million dollars worth of property. His experience "gives great comfort to customers because they know that in the rare event of a problem with their transaction, I have been deeply involved in so many transactions that I will have the knowledge and resources to find a solution." According to Hepp "Many of our customers choose our company because they want to avoid new companies or Realtors that don't have substantial real estate transaction experience."

The entire service team and Albert pride themselves on their involvement with their customers. "I make sure that I speak with nearly all of our customers, at least once and often many times, to make sure they are informed and feel comfortable with the transaction." Albert emphasized the team's focus on answering the telephones live and answering emails within an hour if not minutes "People today don't want to leave a voicemail, so we answer our phones live and take care of the question immediately. They don't want to wait and be called back, and we pride ourselves on being responsive."

Industry Associations and Albert's peers have consistently recognized his leadership with appointments to numerous committees at the Association of Realtors, including the prestigious Governmental Affairs committee in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. Albert emphasizes that "the recognition is nice, but we focus on our customers and what is important to them" to sustain the company's success. Albert has also been a leader in community service, which he says "is the reason I work in real estate" because he can help his customers while he does community work. He spoke of a recent afternoon where he worked with "some people from the orphanage, but interrupted my volunteer work whenever a customer called with a question. We finished the work, and the orphanage staff was thrilled to be using our equipment and other resources." His countless hours of volunteer work resulted in his election as President of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, an organization dedicated to building leadership skills through community service. He has substantial accomplishments in leadership positions for causes as diverse as: Minority collegiate scholarships, Christian Organizations helping street children and orphans in Tijuana and Tecate, Mexico, AIDs treatment charities, Junior Achievement for Inner City children, and Cornerstone Ministries for Christian Outreach and Support to the economically disadvantaged.

Albert started in real estate in 1988, received his Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Accounting from the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio in 1991.

Anndee:

A Licensed Real Estate Broker, Anndee serves as a Marketing Coordinator. Extremely creative and artistic, she designs flyers, drafts our advertising copy with descriptive home illustrations, writes and records colorful verbal virtual tours. As her own WebMaster, she was instrumental in the design and implementation of numerous websites. She has attended both Indiana/Purdue University and the University of Las Vegas. She is a member of the current Real Estate Academy of Leadership for the Association of Realtors. Anndee and her husband, Brad, have two beautiful daughters. She's a member of the Civic League and Chamber of Commerce.

Steve:

Steve has been a real estate Broker for over 10 years and has been professionally serving clients for close to 35 years.

Diane:

Diane has enjoyed over 20 years in the real estate industry on both sides of the Atlantic. She is a creative and innovative entrepreneur. Her abilities in designing and starting successful real estate businesses both in London, England and here in the States has brought her to this latest venture of helping homeowners save on real estate commissions. Homeowners list their homes for a flat fee. Throughout Diane's business career she has always provided her clients with exemplary service. She conducts business and friendships as she would like to be treated with no exceptions.
