Instructions to create the 20 photo website:

To submit your photos and description for your site please email them to photos@buyself.com . Please place "Photo Submission for Destination Website" in the subject line of your emails and be sure to include your name and property address that was used for the order. Please keep email sizes to less than 1-2 MB per email. You may need to split the pictures up into a few emails of 3-4 pictures per email depending on the photo size. Optimal file size for photos is around 100k.

Please do not submit pictures in a Microsoft Word document as it greatly reduces photo quality when we have to cut, paste and save them as a JPG.

You may submit as much descriptive text as you would like and can either just type it into the body of an email or write it up in a Word document and email it as an attachment with the photos. Once you have submitted your information we will generate your web page and email you the link to notify you that it is active. Websites are generally created within 2-3 business days from receipt (sometimes in as little as a few hours).

Add links to your own website, virtual tour, or other websites from this destination website to give buyers even more information (seller must provide actual links).

Buyers call or email you directly from the website to set up a showing or ask questions.

You can email the website directly to friends, coworkers to make it easy for them to tell their friends and coworkers. The website is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This increases your chances of finding a buyer with no agent (save the sales commission).
