As an Minnesota licensed Flat Fee Broker, we can join most MLSs and then enter listings. However, to do so, we need to recover the costs of joining a small MLS. Currently, we do not belong to the following MLSs, which cover the following counties. If you do not wish to list more than one property, we encourage you to find other sellers with whom you can share the cost. Call us to discuss your situation, we would like to work with you to make this service available in your area. Once the application costs have been covered, listings will be available for approximately $449 to $599 going forward.
We are currently members of all the large MLSs in the state, and many times they may be a viable option for listing. Recently, there has been a general trend of the large MLS territories expanding, and small MLSs territories shrinking. As a bonus, we will list you in your choice of a nearby large city MLS for additional exposure, at no additional cost.

FAQ: What happens after I place my order?
- You will be contacted within one business day (usually sooner) with the information necessary to list your home in the MLS.
- Your home selling supplies (yard signs, key lockbox, etc.) will be mailed to the specified address. 2-3 day Priority Mail shipping is included in the MLS price; overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.
- Your home will be listed in MLS by the next business day after your information has been submitted (or the later date you requested when you ordered). You will receive further detailed instructions and a copy of your MLS listing to double check for accuracy.
